List-of-gifts.com is the online service, that gives the possibility to create personal lists of gifts. Each gift on a list can have description, corresponding pictures and links to other pages where more information about that gift can be found. Moreover, List-of-gifts.com gives "authorized people" the possibility to reserve gifts. List-of-gifts.com is also a place where you can find gifts ideas for different occasions. Using service is free of charge.

"Authorized people" are people who received link to your list from you. If you set parameter "Allow reservation" for your list, you should send them additionally password for that list. "Authorized people" do not have to sign up for List-of-gifts.com to view and reserve gifts from your lists.

You do not have to register in our service if you are not planning to create your own list of gifts. As an unregistered user you can:

• view our articles about gifts ideas,
• view lists of gifts of users who has sent you link to their list,
• reserve gifts from others lists.

As a registered user you can:

• create your own lists of gifts (menu Gifts lists)
• adding gifts to lists (menu Gifts)

There are gifts related to your lists. If any gift has been already reserved it is displayed on the green background.

The parameters you fill adding new gift:

Gift name

No comment needed. But yet remember that while saving the gift for the first time the unique ID of your gift is created on the basis of its name. Gift ID will not change during the further modifications.

Gift description

Description should contain guidelines, which help your friends to get the most appropriate gift for you. F.e. if you write "camera" as the gift name then write more details about its type and so on in the description.

Gifts list

List of gifts which this gift belongs to.

Link 1, 2, 3

You can add up to three additional links to the pages where all people concerned will find more information about this gift. It can be link to a store, manufacturer or similar gift. It is optional. 

Picture 1, 2

You can add up to two pictures of the gift. Allowed images are gif, jpg & png. Pictures you upload will be automatically resized to 200x300 and 80x80 (proportions are constrained). Max file size is 512KB. Uploading pictures/photos is optional.

Parameters required to add new gift are: name, description and list.

New gifts are added at the end of the list. If you want to change their order:

• choose menu Gifts lists
• pick out list by clicking its name
• move mouse pointer onto any gift (mouse pointer changes intro characteristic resize icon), push the left button and move the row up or down into desired location. Done.

It's about time to let your friends and relatives know about your list. In order to do that you need the link to your list, which can be sent to them. How to generate link to the list? Choose menu Gifts lists, there is the icon    in option column next to each list. Click the icon and you will be able to generate link to that list. You can send that generated link to your friends by email or messanger. You can also put that link on your website or blog.

Main domain is List-of-gifts.com, but there are several subdomains that can be used as a link to your list.
